I would like to take the time to thank all of you for taking your time to sit there bashing the F5 key. I spent hours myself debugging it on a few of my sites, including trying to record screen videos of it happening which in itself took over 2 hours, and reading my firebug console outputs and scanning all my personal files.

I am unreservedly grateful for your guys' hard work! I doubt there would be other hosts who would take that time out to source and fix this sort of issue.

I seem to have some residual issues:
- I cannot access cpanel
- I cannot send/receive emails (via outlook)
- I cannot access webmail
- Frontpage cannot connect to remote site
- The website is up though
- Regular internet traffic (non-totalchoice) works fine

How can we get alerted in the future when there are such wide spread outages. I was unable to access either the TCH web site nor my domains until now, so I did not know of the outage situatino until access was restored. Thanks.

Thank you Thomas. If you ice it just right and throw a few plastic trees on it, it would look like you meant it to be a downhill ski slope. :)
